The original “Jughead’s Time Police” started as stories in some of the anthology Archie titles and later in Jughead’s own book, before spinning out into its own series in 1990. We’ll start today’s journey into Riverdale’s odder corners with the title that inspired this week’s Archie debut. This week, one of the oddest concepts in Archie history returns. What they are forgetting is that the towns surrounding Riverdale are home to Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and that Archie’s pal Dilton is just on the good side of a mad scientist. When most readers think of Archie, they think of his love triangle with Betty and Veronica, and about sundaes at Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe.
